Walter Baden has advised the shareholders of Purple Cow Industries Pty Ltd on the sale of the company to IWS Group Asset Co Pty Ltd.

Purple Cow Industries is an established waste management business servicing the construction and demolition industries through its skip bin and hook bin operations.

The transaction involved a coordinated sell-side process, with Walter Baden working alongside PKF and other advisers to support the owners through the negotiation, documentation and completion of the sale.
