Walter Baden is pleased to have advised the principals of Direct Couriers group of companies, a courier logistics services business operating in Australia and New Zealand, on the roll up into one group and the part sale of their interests to Anacacia Capital.  All Direct Group senior executives will remain in the group in their current roles.  As part of the transaction, Direct Group also acquired Andrew’s Refrigerated Transport which will expand on the Direct’s services into the refrigerated transportation services in the eastern seaboard.

Steven Humphries led the Walter Baden team and advised the principals of Direct Couriers in all aspects of the roll-up, part sale and acquisition of Andrew’s Refrigerated Transport.
