Walter Baden is pleased to have advised SoNET Systems, an Australian subsidiary of RM plc, on the sale of its iCase business to SaaS Systems.  SoNET Systems is a cloud-based provider of end-to-end solutions for running large scale assessments utilising its proprietary Assessment Master software.

The sale of the iCase business, which focuses on case management and employment services in the aged care, disability and community services areas, back to its original founder frees SoNET Systems up to focus on the education sector.
